The neion theme from invaderjohn is another fine theme. It features a unique and rather cool start button along with a slick startmenu. It also includes a wallpaper in the pack. Additionally you can get the icons that are pictured.

This fresh style from giannisgx89 has a lot of flavor to it. Its mostly transparent, but features many nice changes. One particular change that I enjoy is the multicolored fading bar that you see when viewing explorer windows. This theme is a refreshing look for any desktop.

ProjectX 2 is an excellent theme to spice up your desktop with. It features some pretty cool looking buttons with glows when you mouse over. The color tones are balanced just perfectly between the grey/black/brown colors. Also included on the download page is a link to get the icons used in this set.
