ProjectX 2 Desktop Theme for Vista – Free

ProjectX 2 is an excellent theme to spice up your desktop with. It features some pretty cool looking buttons with glows when you mouse over. The color tones are balanced just perfectly between the grey/black/brown colors. Also included on the download page is a link to get the icons used in this set.
Use on Windows Vista: Vista Ready. (see help tab if you have issues)
Use on Windows XP : Download and install Theme-Patcher (Instructions included).
